help! there's a lump on my gecko!!

it's an african fat-tailed gecko and there's a big blister-looking thing by one of his hind legs? it looks pinkish and is soft to tht touch, he hasn't been burnt by a lamp because i don't keep a lamp on him and he is housed alone. anyone have any idea what's going on with him?!
