Been awhile since I have posted pics of my brazilian rainbow boa. My first and currently only Brazilian Rainbow Boa (actualy only boa period, though I have other snakes) at least for a few more weeks, when I buy a male. I have had her for about two and half years, so I suspect she's three years old this summer. Last week (give or take a day or so) I weighed her and she topped the scale at 1500g. Her total length is about 5'8" (give or take an inch). I probably can safely breed her this up coming season..if I had a male old enough to do the job LOL so going to wait till the following breeding season. Putting on some more weight and a bit more length certainly wouldn't harm her.

Once again, she is playing shy, hiding her head underneath her coils...starting to think she must have Ball Python genes or something. Though I would rather have her hide her head or ball up than be a finiky eater like my two older balls are being like lately...finally got them to eat after one wouldn't eat for a month and the other for about 2 months.
