Here is a pic of a large colombian female fist

9ft plus colombian female (bill in there for size reference)

and big bertha just over 10 and 55 pounds suriname female

I am 6ft and 220lbs to give you an idea of her size

another of B Birtha

Now here is a peruvian "Monstra" She is between 11-12ft and 80 pounds.

Colombians can get big I have had some up to 9.5-10 ft but BCC can get BIG!

...who says boas dont get "big"?...lol,seriously ive only seen one boa that was over 100 lbs. and that was a 13' I had named Baby, she was also a Peruvian Red...she weighed 110 lb.s she was 15 years old too.(she passed away in 03')...how old is Monstra?...

PanamaRed Aug 26, 2006 03:29 PM

>>how old is Monstra?...

She is 12 years old. I'd rather have a big boa than a big burm or retic anyday.

Bertha is 8 years old

and the colombian is 4 or 5??

What is your plans with that moster Peruvian. That animal is gorgeous. I'll be standing in line for those babies.

Hey Alex thats the one I got from you.. Man she is the most active boa here...LOL... She's a garbage can for food, eats like a pig..

Don't know just yet on the peruvian, I got a beautiful male with her but they had been breeding for several months and weren't being fed during breeding before they got here. So I took him out a few days ago, he was feeding but putting out more energy than he'd eat, so untill he gets some weight back on he's going to be abstaining...LOL...
