I've seen some fish tank dividers that might work ok for that.

Otherwise you might be able to cut your own piece of plexiglass or use cut ceramic tile. Maybe drill a couple of holes in the top to hang it securely from the top and keep it from falling over. Also anchor the bottom with rocks.

The advantage of ceramic tile is that separated geckos wouldn't get too upset seeing each other if that's an issue.

The divider may not have to go all the way to the top of the tank. Crickets always figure out how to get around them anyway. Just go high enough to ensure you'll never have a gecko getting from one side to another, then add a few more inches for good measure.

A wood divider might work too though it may be harder to keep clean if one decides to use that corner as their defecatorium.

Anyway, that's what I'd do.

You're welcome!

Guess I should add that if you use wood you might want to avoid pine or cedar. I hear they have oils in them that can be toxic to geckos, though I'm not sure if that just applies to shavings used as substrate.

How are you going to heat it? Are you just going to use 2 heating pads, one on each end? Just curious in case I ever decide to go that route...

yes i have one heat pad already one one side from a snake i had in the tank. i need another heating pad. maybe a light on top if it doesnt hit the degrees during the day.

Yeah, one on each side seems like a good idea. But I was thinking that if you didn't already have a heat pad on it, maybe you could put one in the middle, underneath the divider. That way they'd be sharing the hot space and maybe be reducing the potential fire risk. I don't know, maybe that is the cheap way to go. Might not work out though - I don't know if it would give a proper thermal gradient to each sector.

I have my 55G tank devided with a piece of white plastic with my male on one side and my female on the other. This works out great. I use 2 heating pads, My devider only gose half way up the enclosure but niether of them have ever climbed or ever tryed to get over it.
