Thanks Toby. This female was purchased from Don at(SMR)The original Wild Caught adults were collected by Troy Hibbits, who in turn sold them to Don Soderberg. Troy told me he had sold several Texas localities of emoryi to Don. Not sure on the exact county, but the several localities that Troy sold to Don all were from Texas. Far west Texas to be exact. So West Texas Emoryi it is.

Thanks, Steve. West Texas narrows it down a little. Emoryi ranges over much of Texas from the pan handle to central to west TX, and meahllmorum to the south (which most taxonomists currently consider emoryi, also). I'm always interested in localities of wild type snakes, especially guttatus and emoryi. I think Troy Hibbitts has very good stock and I got my bairdi from him.
