Well, life is just a giggle!!! Been up to my armpits in death and dying. Did another funeral just day before yesterday. I guess I'm preaching so well about heaven that people just can't wait to get there!!!! The snakes are doing well. Can Hardly wait till next spring! Had one Sonoran hatch out from your stock. The little guy/girl I guess is a possible het. Mom and dad are both triple hets that are about 4.5 feet long. The other eeg that seemed good contained a fully formed Hybino. I have got to find a way to cool these guys down better in the winter. Mom laid 9 eggs, 5 that looked good and 4 slugs. Then 3 just gradually went bad and oh what a smell!!! But next year will be better!!!! Thanks for asking and thanks for the pics!!!

Hey Pat, how are you? As for cooling down the pits better, don't sweat it. My pits this year had their warmest brumation due to the warm winter. Temps stayed around 66-70 degrees for the most part and I could not get it any cooler. But I have had better success this year than any other year with almost every egg hatching. Go figure!!!!

Hey Scott!!!!
Then maybe it was because it was their first time!?!?! I don't know. The one that hatched is a great little snake!!! Ate the same day as first shed(f/t pink!). Keeps on chowing down and has bitten me every time I have gone into the container. He's so aggressive that I have to hide him from the spouse. She hates Pits and especially if they have an attitude!!!! Those Axanthics growing well????

I hear you about the pits. My other half can't stand them and when they hiss, I usually don't hear the end of it. The axanthics are doing VERY well.
