here is an adult male. these guys were produced in the late seventies early eighties by Glades. they originated from an original wild caught striped yellow rat bred into the bubblegum line with an amel black rat added in. This line that im working with was purchased in 1992 from Glades when the Loves owned it. I just picked the group up from a close friend and I know he has kept the line tight and not added anything into them. The adults are super nice as you can see by this male. The babies hatched out striped but Im told they dissapear and turn yellow like their folks. Thanks. Mike Panichi

amel yellow ratsnakes? I understand the heritage difference, but I distinctly see stripes on those adults. Do they look any different from the amel yellow rats as adults? Neat snakes in any case.
