ok here is the very simple jest of it, some of you left wingers here are just flying in a circle, thank god im a right wing so we can get back fly straight haha.
most of you that come down a few days a year arent out enough to have problems with some of the LE agents that think they are above the law. if you went out there enough it would happen it is just the law of average. i dont have time to respond to all, although i would love to. our forefathers wrote the most perfect documents to protect us from the terrene of the government how could they ever of known that people would just give those rights away, pretty scary. i can tell you the founding fathers are rolling in there grave, these men were fighters, they fought for their rights as well as for the rights of others, they would sh_t to see people believing the government had the rights that some of you believe.
ok here is the basics of it, when traveling on the interior of your country, you do not have to answer were you are going, what you have been doing, if that is your car, where do you live, etc, etc., they can ask you if your a citizen, at which case you should always answer politely, i always do. i never volunteer information as to what i am doing, a few yours ago saying you were snake hunting was admission of guilt & people were cited & fined right dan johnsson? just habit, i dont need to answer intrusive questions, answering such question can get you in trouble. keep in mind the terrorist that everyone is referring too all have come in here legally with visa's for the most part. i have no problem when entering back in this country answering questions, but not in my backyard. some of you such wayne know me & have been around me, im not starting any problems with border patrol or tp & w, but i will use my constitional rights when i need to.
someone posted that you can be searched, no doubt you have received bad information. if confronted with a search you can demand a warrant be used, border patrol, tp & w & other LE must have a warrant, read the supreme courts ruling on this subject, there is great cases for review. Any good LE will always use a warrant, knowing if he doesnt it leaves holes in his case making it easy for dismissal of evidence in court (OJ SIMPSONS CASE is an example) Im sure jason penny will confer to this as well & will tell that same thing, to build a proper case you need proper warrants. probable cause is not exactly good enough reason to conduct a legal search, in many cases evidence gathered is jeopardized, what the probable cause does is allow a warrant to be obtained.
parks & wildlife does not have the right to search, i know you all have been told that, read the law for yourself dont take my word. parks & wildlife code allows for search of game animals, snakes are not game animals, hell under their code as well as lots of case law, a snake isnt an animal. but that is another thing for some other time. although parks & wildlife code allow for search of game animals, several supreme court rulings have shot this down as well. warrant, warrant, warrant, this makes the case. i often travel with supreme court rulings that i might quote when faced with an illegal search, speaking of which, i believe lance was faced with such a search ask him how the feds & parks & wildlife fared on that one (like a fart in a space suit)
i have had several discussions with tp&w about searching a vehicle, most of you already know how i have faired, it doesnt happen unless i allow it. certain game wardens can attest to this? (how is your dad fernando?, hope all is well for you in your new assignment down south, im going to call you about some permits im getting for a DNA study down your way)
i am a model citizen, i merely believe that i am free in my country, look at what is happening around you, you are loosing rights daily, use them or loose them its that simple. im glad i got to see so much passion on here, this was great. for some of you that are from out of state i understand not standing up for your rights, its very hard to come back for court etc, some of you are intimidated, thats fine not everyone is a fighter, i make enough noise for 1/2 of you anyways. just remember you do have rights & should not be intimidated.
go online & read your rights as set forth by the supreme court you will be surprised how many rights you can still have if you fight for them.
this was great, i love to see everyone responding, seems this forum needs a little boost every now & then, thank god im here a couple of times a year for such a thing. i love to see so many people with such passion standing up for what they believe in, even if there wrong by not believing with me hahah.
