Twisted finger???

rlpc117 Aug 27, 2006 10:45 PM

Hey guys, my little iggy is now about 3 months old, ard 12" long, I notice two weeks ago that one of his finger is kinda twisted, not very badly looking but the tip of the claw is not pointing down (side way), I thought maybe this is normal or he will kinda return to normal after a while but after 2 weeks it still look the same. Is that a bad injury? I try to move that finger and it doesn't seem to hurt at all. Is this common? will he return to normal or do I need a vet to fix it? by the way it doesn't seem to bother him at all, he move around freely without showing pain or acting clumpsy.

Please take him to a vet, better safe than sorry.Green iguanas are a big investment, growing big he might need that toe.Might be harder to treat later on..
