I have mostly colubrids, but just added 2 pythons which need alittle more heat than the kings, milks, etc.
Are there any thermostats on the market which can allow one to have some cages at a higher temparature?
Thanks

You can possibly use the same thermostat and use more heated area on the python/boa cages, but that depends on your heater setup.
But to answer your question, you should get a 2nd thermostat. That is my opinion. For one, it separates your control environments, meaning less dependencies (e.g. a change in your colubrid caging will not affect your pythons.)
the herpstat II might be just what your looking for,i have two of them.dual probed with 700 watts per probe, built in night drop and a ton of other features.i've been using herpstats for four years and they are flawless.
i use one for four racks, three colobrids and one python.the other for incubators.when you look at the features, performance and price they are a "no brainer".
the folks at the bean farm sell them and are a delight to work with.have fun! TWH
The Herpstat 2 or the herpstat PRO is the answer to your question. The H2 is a dual probe and the Pro is a quad probe.
