I have two of the 4 BP cages done and One of two cages done for the Borneos. The black cage is my Burmese that will get his cage started soon as I finish up the others. The visions are holding the BPs and one Borneo and a BP is in the Sterlite.

I was considering purchasing a few vision cages to display some of my balls. Your setup looks really nice! What model are those, I was considering the 221's since they have the place for lighting. Is that paper in the bottoms of the cages. Also, how do you heat them?
Thanks,
Shaun
They are 28"W x 24"D x 12"H- and Vision 221. I was planing to sell them pretty soon. I use proproducts radiant heat panels to heat them. The panels are PH-2 models.
I use Craft paper in the bottom of my cages after messing around with Mulches for over a year now. Couldn't stand the bugs or baking the mulch. The tupperware containers in the cages are filled with spagnum moss that is dampened for a humid hide. Paper is so much easier for me. I can change out a cage in hurry now instead of devoting an entire day to snake cleaning. It is awful for humidity but mine love the humid hides. I was using the hides with the mulch too just for an extra humidity boost if they were shedding.
Just curious as to why you are selling your 221's. I've been trying to decide for weeks on what cages to get and right now I am considering Boaphile Plastics 221D. I'm still thinking about the visions though too. I think i'm switching to paper too, i've been using cypress mulch for several years now but cleanup does seem easier with paper.
Don't need them. I wanted all my cages to match and for the hefty price tag on those Visions, that was not possible. Worst thing that could happen is that I end up keeping them for babies.
What type of craft paper? I am using paper towels for all my snakes, but they are not very attractive. How is the absorption of the paper? I just built a rack that holds 8 yearlings and 6 hatchlings. I got the I dea from either Bighurt or Chris Harper. My emails are at home. The pictures are of cages that I have built myself. They are made out of the same material as my rack. Thanks, Derek

The craft paper is not as absorbant as paper towels. It also dries out quickly. For the BPs it is fine as is but for my Burm and my Borneos I put some newspaer under the craft paper to hold humidity better and mostly to absorb waste better. I hate my snake covered with newspaper ink so the craft paper was a great find. I bought the roll of paper at http://packagingprice.com/
