>>Hello tang,
>>Where are you from in maryland? I live in Glen Burnie and am looking to get into hots. I know that you are not expert or anything but I wouldn't mind checking out how you have things set up and the procedueres you go through during feeding and cage cleaning. I know from your previous posts that you keep a copper which is the snake that I am intrested in getting. I have been reading this forum and doing other reseach about the keeping of venomous snakes for about two years but would like to get some real life experience. My E-mail address is tyyler_d@yahoo.com if you would like to contact me. I am hopeing to pick up a nice copper at the october hamburg show.
>> Thanks,

Hi:
I d be happy to show you my set up. And yes. Please take everything I say with a grain of salt and verify them with the good folk on this forum. They are the real experts. Hopefully we can learn together.
When you do come, I promise I won't do anything to show off. It would be extremely dangerous to do anythign to show off. But I can show you explain my routine to you and show it to you.

Red flags are probably going off in the veteran's minds right now as they read this post. But let me assure the good folks on this forum that I will take everything seriously and won't show off. It probably raises the alarm when you hear a newbie trying to teach other newbies. Please don't be alarmed. I know my limitations and will take every possible precaution. Heck, I won't even be talking at all while I do the demonstration on how I hook. I mean, I will explain everyhting before hand, but once the cages are open, there will be complete silence in the house. I promise I will have tyler stand way back from a safe distance as I demonstrate how I do things.
I take hots very very seriously. I have to. I am a newbie who is self-teaching. There is no room for errors.
sincerely: Please have a great HOT day.
