What are you using to measure the temps? They may be hotter than you realize if the thermometer you are using is not accurate. Digital thermometers with probes or temp guns are best to measure basking temperatures. Probes are good for basking temp and air temps (if the probe is left dangling in the air or lain on the floor at the cool end).
Basking temps for bearded dragons should fall within 95-115F (higher end for young dragons) and the air temp should be 80-90F with cool end around 75F.
Something in the cage could be stressing her as well, either her reflection, other cage mates, if any, loose crickets, improper temps etc. It is good to double check your cage setup. Stress can come if you also recently changed your cage layout as well.
