If you can..80%. This is hard to get-period. If it lives in an aquarium it is easier than an open air cage.
I'm lucky in that I live on a fourth floor apartment on the coast so the humidity in my place is usually at 65-70%.
The easiest thing you can do is either A) Use a humidifier in the room where your iggy lives, B) Make a drip system into his enclosure, or C) Mist iggy and surfaces down at least twice a day. This can help with your humidity. Just watch and make sure its home isn't so wet that bacteria and mold build up!

...Which leads me to my question....
-----
1.0 Green Iguana
1.0 Bearded Dragon
0.1 Blizard Leopard Gecko
1.1.1 Corn Snakes (2 Blood Red, 1 Albino)
1.1 Ball Python

The minimum is 60% but my iguana doesnt feel confortable with only 60%. So i made him a wet sponge bed where he stays for hours in a row and when he is sleeping i immerse part of his tail in a jar of water. As he never moves when he is sleeping his tail will be in the water for at least 10 hours.Apparently that helps because his skin is much softer the other day.As im living in India, a very dry country, it is difficult for me to keep my iguana hydrated.
