Shipping; What kind of container & Co?

I usually ignore shipping questions, since I get my snakes locally. So...If someone were going to send me a couple of hatchlings...What types of containers, packing & carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX?) would you suggest? Thanks. Duffy
