For those of you who know...my shake had a very bad dry shedding problem...well me and my roomate played doctor. I took the snake out of the cage and layed him on a dry towel. I took a moist wash cloth and gently rubbed all along his back side. Im tellin you this snake is so tame. He did not try and bite me at all, he just tried to get away lol...but neways i looked at the wash cloth and there was some skin but not as much as i thought there would be. So with that, i put him back in his cage after i soaked him in a little water dish because he seems dehydrated. Also he is weesing a little which could be from dehydration. But questions: His skin still looks lose, but better than before, what could that be? And my setup is a rubbermaid container with moss. How is there a dry shed?
I have no rough objects in the cage so that could be it, any suggestions?????
