ballfreak Aug 30, 2006 04:11 PM

i have started to feed prekilled and so far 1 out of three ate. i simply put the prey in and left it alone for 24 hours the one that ate ate it within 1 hour. i would like to know what sucess people have with feeding prekilled and if you have a collection how many do eat prekilled versus not eating? any good advice or tricks?
thanks for all posts!

Every snake in my collection eats prekilled or frozen/thawed,and the collections growing each day.
And none of my snakes are currently not eating.
The thing you need to remember is that with their sight being movement based,is that if you don't move the dead food around they lose interest in.
So instead of just letting it sit there, try moving it around and see how that works.
