Tony-
I use all aluminum screen cages for my indoor cages, and PVC coated (plastic) hardware cloth for my outdoor cages. I have not had any problems with the aluminum screen, most of my pardalis don't climb the walls to much. I use the aluminum screen indoors mostly because it keeps the crickets in and they can not chew through the cage, and outdoors I am not concerned about crickets getting loose and the pardalis tend to climb the screen allot more outside. Hope this helps!
