Female Alligator: Egg laying/ Egg bound

I have a female alligator. Should I worry about her becoming eggbound in the future? If so how do I prevent this problem?

This was brought up to me on another thread. I have never heard of anyone having this problem with gators. I just want to make sure and prevent this from happening if it is an issue in female gators.
