I have a male who is a bit over 3 years old who just lost his mate. She died of complications from egg laying. The question is Since my girl died my boy has turned evil. He wont let me hold him, he gets very defensive towards me when I ever get near the cage. Can anyone tell me why this is happening. He used to let me hold him and play with him...I miss those times.
