Hey everyone. Just a quick question. I have a number of small ponds in my backyard and a lot of leopard frogs have made themselves confortable in them (my west highland terrier loves watching them too). Anyway, when I got home from work this afternoon, I noticed a severly bloated from swimming on the surface. It tried to get away, but was obviously too buoyant to submerge itself. Its not its throat thats bloated, its its entire stomach. Theres also an area on its left side that looks as if something has slightly sliced it, so that the green colour has parted, but a clear membrane still remains. Almost as if it had transparent skin. Now, I take it this frog is not healthy. Could it be serious enough that it will die? Also and more importanyly, should I remove it from the pond? could it have an infection of fungus that can spread to the rest of the frogs? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
