Home made gutload ???

Hi...I was just wondering what a good home made gutload mix for crickets would be??? and where can I purchase water crystals? Thanks

I use all types of fruits carrots and oatmeal the crystals I guess you mean for moisture or supplement I dont really use it I prefer the folige for moisture and for vits I use supplements. With the supplements you ensure that your dragon is getting them you never know if the crikets are eating it or how much

A good gutload is use the same mix of greens you would feed your dragons. Misting this lightly ensures your crickets get enough moisture. In addiontion to the 'wet' food, also offer a mix of crushed low fat catfood, skim milk powder, fish flakes or bearded dragon pellets (juvi) to ensure protein for the crickets. Extra calcium and multivitamin powders can be added into the dry mix.

Change the greens daily to prevent them from rotting. Also change the dry stuff as it often gets filled with cricket feces.
