mantella question

Can anybody tell me does all kind of mantella are under CITES Appendix II or not ??! Some web site said " some kind of mantella are but not all " and Hong Kong government said " all kind of mantella are Appendix II " ~ ~

As of June, 2006, all species of Mantella (and Dendrobatidae)are listed as CITES II. (Not threatened with extinction, but "controlled." You can search around and read more about it at:
