Here is another pic, I know they leave a little to be desired but I figured I would try. For some reason the snakes don't look as dramatic in the photos as I'd like. Any advice would be appreciated. Also how do you post more than one pic at a time? I'll post pictures of the snakes I got from Daytona later. Thanks. Kevin

Hey Kevin the most advice i can give you is try nature light (day/sun light) without a flash... it could be the setting on the camera as well or the camera it's self? i use a sony cybershot, not saying it's the greatest but it's the best i've owned so far...

as far as photobucket & multiple pix, copy and past the URL labled IMG in your post you can have as many as you want... i really wanna see those snakes from Daytona esp that killer het hypo... lol (inside joke)

This question again? Maybe because it is never explained this way. For one thing, Kingsnake.com uses a tag that is different than what you might be used to if you are familiar with HTML. First you also should resize your photos to be the same size. Kingsnake.com has a max of 1200 pixels wide, so just resize everything to be 1200 or less in some photo editing program. You can even use “Paint” if you have Windows. Next of course you have to upload your picture to Photobucket or somewhere on the net. Then you have to copy the URL to the image. In HTML it has to have this familiar tag IMG SRC-http://www.Photobucketorwhatever.com/picture/bla,bla,bla,/... fill in the address you copy down. And end with this tag >.(I had to leave off the beginning tag in the example or it would think I was coding)
You can’t use those tags in Kingsnake.com. That’s the thing I always see people leave out.
Instead of the little < tag in front and the > at the end, you have to put [ this thing instead of the < thing. At the end you have to put this thing [/img] instead of the > thing.
Then you will have an address that looks like this instead of that example above

[img]http://http://www.Photobucketorwhatever.com/picture/bla,bla,bla
and at the end use this [/img.] instead of the > tag (Leave out the period I stuck in there so it wouldn’t think I meant that to be an image)
Then you can type a caption between each picture and paste each address with the appropriate tags, or just list your addresses and your pictures will be in a long display with no space between.
Here’s a big step, don’t skip this one.
Preview your post before you post it. If it isn’t working, click to edit it. Then you have to tweak it and figure out what is making it not work. Sometimes you just have an extra space in the URL or something unbelievably minor. Now that part is just like HTML.
Here’s some pictures (at 1200 pixels wide- you’ll see they are huge!) so this isn’t so boring to those who have figured all this out a long time ago. I bet a lot of those guys won’t even check this out so here’s your reward for having the guts to ask that same darn question for the thousandth time!

You’ve heard of “Brooks Canal”? This is “Indigo Canal”.

What a real Brooks looks like...alot like yours!

God I hope this helps. This is my little way of giving back and thanking all who have helped me here along the way. Have a great Labor day!

Since I usually can't remember kingsnake's punctuation I just use the old HTML tags and kingsnake's sytem will change it IF AND ONLY IF you go thru an extra cycle of Preview and Edit. It won't display your photo the first time. It just takes a few extra seconds and a lazy guy like me doesn't struggle to find the one letter that isn't quite right or learn the new way.
