Looking for a caresheet for a Jamaican Anole. Found a breeder that sells them... but can't find any caresheets.

Here is some information:

JAMACIAN GIANT ANOLE Anolis garmani
RATING: intermediate
FOOD: crickets, roaches, mealworms, wax worms, butterworms, small grasshoppers, fruit, berries, ficus and hibiscus leaves ...
WATER: Mist daily, drip system
DAY TEMP: 82- 86F (27.7 C - 30 C)
NIGHT TEMP: 75 - 80 F (23.8 C - 26.6 C)
LIGHTING: Incandescent and UVB fluorescent
SUBSTRATE: Potting soil and playground sand mix, leaves, orchid bark
NOTES: 12" stl, needs well planted tank with branches for climbing.
