A couple pics of some easterns I picked up at the Daytona show this year. I got 1.1 reds and 1.0 yellows. The male red already took an unscented pinky. The yellow just shed out this week so looks nice and bright. It's still way early to tell if the yellow will continue to go yellow or go dark. I have a female who looked very similar in color to the male at that age/size and is now a solid black at 2 years of age.

I like the yellow best too. Eating rodents helps a lot.

Thanks. The yellow on him actually intensifies when he spreads out. He is just as pissy as my black female is. Very quick to hood and hiss. He was cute the other day, coiled up on top of a pile of paper towels and flared out playing "king cobra of the mountain" ... with head held up high instead of low like most hogs tend to. I think the yellow and black will ultimately be a great couple to pair up LOL.

The reds by contrast are just very laid back and just like to cruise around trying to look at everything outside of the cage..very curious type nature.
