I'm pretty sure Sora is about to shed but many websites have told me about "Humid Hides" to help them shed? Im a little confused. Help please ASAP!!!

I'm not sure what it is you are confused about . . . but yes, a humid hide is a great aid for Leos when they are shedding. I have a page on my site that shows how to make a simple humid hide if you want to check it out.

And pretty fun to watch at that. The only thing you need to do is later tonight or tomorrow make sure you give him a good once over, checking carefully his toes and tail for unshed skin. (If not removed it can constrict and toes can be lost) If you find any hanging skin it is time to meet Mr. Warm Water Wet Quip. Just gently stroke the skin until it falls away, it will take time and patience, but it is not a big deal. At least, that is the best way we have found, you can also encourage him to walk through his waterbowl.

If you find that he is having touble shedding then add a moist hide, at this point a deli cup or tupperware type container filled with moistened paper towels will work in a pinch. If the gecko likes it he'll use it, our current gecko doesn't like humid hides so we have a large water bowl and some plants to make a humid spot for her. As long as the gecko gets all the skin off you've got no problems, so don't worry if he doesn't take to the hide either.

Sorry about that Shelley- he was shedding but then I just helped him peel it off and he looks so much better. Thanks for the help!
