I got a tokay about a week ago and it still is'nt eating.its so scared its so dark that its black.its black because its scard right?Cause its not cold i now thats another reason why they turn dark.

They turn dark when they are in the dark also inorder to blend in with the environment. I say give it several more days to acclimate before feeding it; the crickets may actually be stressing him out. How long have you had it? If it's been quite awhile, he maybe eating without you knowing it. Mine is a wild caught and is very shy; he will not eat infront of me, but I know he's been eating because of the poops at the bottome of the cage. Do you see any poops on the bottom?
Its normal for reptiles not to eat right away when they are brought into a new enviorment; they need a little time to settle down. Make sure that your temps are right, your humidity is up, and there is plenty of stuff for him to hide on/behind. Also If you cove the back and sides (assumeing you're using a fishtank)with a background or paper will make him feel less exposed. Dont go in the cage except for cleaning and water, and he'll come around. If he starts losing weight you should take him to the vet.
