Rj-

If you are going to breed your geckos you are going to need an incubating substrate. I use perlite, and it works great. Also for your egg laying chambers you need substrate. I use peat moss, and I love it. Sphagnum moss will work to.

You'll need to keep your feeder insects gutloaded (go to the link on my website for the perfect gut-load for gravid females) Also keep the crix dusted with calcium. The female needs the calcium to produce good eggs. It really helps for egg production.

Also for your incubator I insist that you get a digi therm one with a probe at the end. Use that instead of the one the incubator gives you. That way you know what the temp. reads inside the incubator and you can keep a close eye on it it the incubator spikes in temperature or if it drops and you can correct the problem.

I am sure you have everything you need for housing requirements for your leos correct?

If there is anything at all that I missed, I'm so sorry, but I am sure that someone else will fill you in.
