Wild Feeders?

Grunngg Sep 04, 2006 10:18 PM

I want to offer more of a variety to my animals and was curious if I could safely use insects collected from outside? I know I would have to collect from an area completely pesticide and fertilizer free. Is it safe?
Thanks.

I do this since the 70s and never had any health problems associated with this.
Many lizards can benefit a lot from the variety of wild caught food.
Especially for raising tiny lizard babies, field plancton is the best food source available.
