I saw some of these set up at the Arizona Frog Day, and they seem very nice and practical. I would skip the fogger, especially if you plan to use one of those little ultra-sonic things. They don't work well, and poop out in no time, and can actually be dangerous to the frogs, from what I understand. Fog looks interesting for awhile, but you don't really need it. Hand misting is easy, and often if you have a waterfall and water way with a false bottom, you sometimes don't even have to mist very often, depending upon your set up. I have found that the little 40 oz. pump misters are more practical and efficient than the larger garden sprayers. I prefer to use the RL Home and garden sprayer, 2.5 pts. You really won't have to have a humidifier with a closed tank and water features. If you do, there is a nice cheap one that works off an aquarium pump, bubbles water through a container and delivers it through a wand. It's called Tropic-Aire, and can be purchased from PetCo or other pet stores for about $15.00.

i have one of those tanks. just some advice- most darts eat fruit flies, the exo-terra tanks have screen tops and holes in the back for plugs, the fruit flies could eaily get out of these holes. this could still work, but you would have to midify by taking the clips for the screen top off and putting glass on or maybe you could find another way. if you are doing a dart tank with a glass top and a water fall you absolutly don't need a mister, especially with a smaller tank. i have a ten gallon w/ waterfall and glass top, i hand mist it about once a week, thats it. exo-terra tanks are pretty expensive though, you can make a tank with a background yourself for cheaper, and that way you can make it exactly how you want. please contact me if you have any questions, i also make tanks like that and if you live close i could make you one. good luck!
