Leftover veggies

Hello,
We have some leftover veggie platters at work. I was wondering if I could give my Sulcata tortoise; cucumbers, carrots, brocolli, celery, or cherry tomatoes?

I would not feed any of those things but maybe a tiny bit a broccoli for an occaisional treat. Her is a site for feeding reccomendations. http://www.sulcata-station.org/diet.html
