MY PACMAN JUST DIED

I just found my 1 1/2 month old pacman dead. His name was Little Eddie. Of all my frogs, he was my favorite and he was also my first Pacman. I am devastated since he was eating and moving around just fine. I did not notice anything wrong with him until a few minutes ago when I found him laying upside down. He must had died just before I went to look for him because he is not stiff or nothing. He is just dead.
What could have happened? How can I find out why he died?

Contact your vet and get a necropsy performed on the frog.
If your vet doesn't do necropsies on frogs they can always send it out to http://www.zoopath.com/
