supplementing crickets or mealies depends upon the leo's age. baby leos crickets/mealies should be supplemented every feeding and have a bowl of calcium supplement available to them at all times. adults can have one supplemented feeding a week, provided they also have a bowl of calcium supplement available to them.

I have been preparing my girl for some time now by giving her calcium at evry feeding should I slow down?

start supplementing her at every other feeding and keep a bowl of calcium powder in her tank. after she lays her first clutch, dust all of the feeder items...the same goes for the period of time after every clutch she lays.
