that is the question. what do you guys think about alpine/fort davis this mid. sept. weather.com shows temps at 80 for the high and mid 50's for the low. i know the weather could change from now, but that seems a bit cold. the moon will be 1/2 or 1/4 during that week. ive never gone out there this late in the season, and i was wondering if any of you have gone this late. i really dont have the money or vacation time to go, but i will if it seems like it wont get too cold and conditions will be reasonable. the rain has been great though. thanks for any insight.
