For you enjoyment. Found these wild Northern New York hogs together like this a few days ago, at 6:00 pm eastern time, overcast and 71 degrees. This is the female I am radio-tracking, with a male that showed up about 12 days ago. The male is massive, and a rough measuring got me 35 inches! I would expect he is closer to 37 (I used a 5" leatherman). I'll get a better length when I capture him to draw blood this week. They are still together as of last night. He doesn't leave her side. Just a nice picture. They were mating on one occasion.
