Best Product for Cleaning/Deodorizing ?

jerseyguy Sep 09, 2006 04:59 PM

Can anyone recommend a good cleaning/deodorizing product for my GTP enclosure? Even with weekly cleaning, there is always that "odor" that's there. I think I need to be using a specialty
product that will clean and deodorize the enclosure.
If anyone can recommend one, I would appreciate it.
Thanks.

I use chlorhexidine from this place: http://www.americanvetsupply.com/i_005KHR-1G_Chlorhexidine 2 37 1 Gallon.php

While I spot clean any poop, I rarely clean my snakes entire enclosure once a week. There's bound to be a bit of a moist smell in there from the heat and humidity.

Roccal is a better product, but a bit more pricey. I also use the generic version of Nolvasan (Chlorhexidine gluconate). I found it on Amazon. Around 12 dollars per gallon.
