Does Anyone Follow AFH Guidelines Anymore?

Just curious as I'm constantly hearing the tales of herpers with snakes in public doing certain things that upset or offend the general public. Also curious how many Burm keepers actually follow these guidelines as a matter of practice and not just a matter of convenience?
