Weird question

DougS Sep 10, 2006 12:40 PM

Hi all,
I was wondering what is safe to use to give my ball a "bath". My girlfriend said that out ball smelled different (not in a good way) and the enclosure smelled fine. I know that it is from when i fed him wed because i overheated the mouse and he squeezed out the guts. I wiped him off then but obviously not good enough. Sorry for the long winded post

It will not hurt to give the snake a plain water bath. (No soaps or shampoos.) Just be sure the water is a safe, tepid temprature.

I take a bar of Ivery soap and role it in my hand a few times and wipe down the wet reptile and rub lightly and on snakes just rap your hand around it and slide your hand down its body several times and rinse fully . Ivery soap is pure soap and will not hurt them I have been using it for over 30 years on them. and it dose not take a lot to get the job done.
