i was wondering what would happen if the lucy line would pop up again in an unrelated linage. would the feds confiscate those also?

I would think that they would need to atleast prove it came from the same line to take it away. Or maybe they would make you prove it was a new line? Either way I doubt they would unless it was caught illegally.

There is still the leucistic eastern out there somewhere (unless it died), but the owner seems to have disappeared. I hate it when such awesome animals pop up and then disappear again as soon as they are sold.
