can i breed a cal king with a.......

i was just wondering if i could breed a cal king with a black mexica or may be a florida king?

Yes.
One thing I think would be neat to do is integrade the cal king with PB brooksi for the purpose of bringing the peanut butter gene into cal king lines, to produce a PB "cal king" through selective breeding.

Maybe it would not ending up looking like I think it would, but I think it would be neat, even though not "pure" so to speak.
