I am possibly staying in extended stay at a very USA remote area for 1 to 2 months with no phone lines, no SAT. coverage ( expensive and not feasible because of no one rents the usage of ), and of course no cable. If using a laptop wireless computer maybe but not at my location but several miles up the road and not at an establish place other than a off-the-road location. I can't even confirm this though. So my question is of cell phone usage and the internet. I can get signals of cell phone at the exact place where i will be staying. So if i can get signals, I would be able to use the internet on the cell phone ? And to what capacity ? Something about how much kb downloaded and minutes are the same as in talking but would the " free " minutes with any plan and after certain times and weekends coincide with my internet usage on the cell phone. they say i can expect e-mail, news and some other stuff but limited on other things. I don't know how the small screen would work for viewing the internet and the key pads being small as to typing in. Also someone said that there are USB cables supplied to hook up to > laptop ? bigger monitor ? desk top computer ? All of this is very foreign to me as to what i could do or expect on a cell phone internet situation. I understand that if you don't watch what your doing , you could amount to a small fortune using the internet from a cell phone. Anybody with knowledge on this ? I would definitely appreciate any replies. Thank you in advance.
