I have a friend who's animals were confiscated about a month and a half ago on Bogus animal cruelty case. It took them till yesterday to Charge them with animal cruelty. Even thou There is no evidence of any. Trying to say that A reticulated python was too skinny. It is last years baby and was what you would expect a baby to look like. long and skinny! These people are making assumptions without knowing anything about the animals.
Many animals were taken Birds, Snakes, Dogs, Monkeys.etc They were even going to take his fish tanks...Yes I said that Right His fish tanks. They decided it was to much work to take them. SO that was the only thing they left.

When the city called Vet's and Local zoo for People who could take the animals and knew the most about them. They gave the city this guys name!! What does that tell you?

Fact is when they were taking them out they said to the reporters there that the animals were all in good shape. Hmmm How can that be if your taking them because of abuse.

Today the city is filing a Civil suit to Get the animals Some of which are my animals he was raising for me.

One might ask why they would do this if they are trying to get the Cruelty case against him Hmmm... Unless they know that they have no case and he can not afford a lawyer for a civil suit. SO they get to keep the animals. You do not have the right to an attorney in a civil suit! Thus money must come out of your pocket.

By the way the gentlemen who's animals were taken has worked for a vet for over 30 years. And has over 45 years experience with Exotic's

As I stated before he has some of my animals that he was raising up for me. He has done this in the past and all animals have been returned in perfect health so How could he be cruel to animals?

If this is starting to scare you it should.
Fact is we have no rights. We are not a free country! We are run by Idiots!

Lets just say that someone who works for your local Gov. in your city wants your animals... They could send someone from Animal control over who knows nothing about the animals and have them taken without merit.

Now Once they have them you have to fight to get them back. And if you already put out 10,000.00 for a lawyer on that front and then they come in and file a civil suit against you for the animals and the first deal tapped you out for all possible cash then you are you know what!

They get to keep your stolen animals.

Some of these animals he has of mine are worth about 8,000.00
How can they file suit for animals that do not even belong to him. Heck if I know!
This whole thing smells like yesterdays diapers. And as we all know Politicians and Diapers need to be changed for the same reason.

If anyone knows anyone who can help with this matter. Good lawyers who are willing to do the right thing,,,and not just money hungry...well you know...Let me know ASAP.If I sound Upset you bet I am.

Are rights are being sucked out the door! If we don't stop these things are days are Numbered.
