Hey I was just rolling through all the posts down the line there and saw that there are a lot of rabbit producing folks out there. I have one simple question when the temperatures are high like above 80 will rabbits not produce? I know with rats and mice if it is too hot they will not do anything is that same true with rabbits? We never had this problem when I was a kid and we bred them for our table. But then again I lived in a different climate then than I do now. Just wondering if I should give them a chance or ditch them. I know they are old enough because I bought them when they were in the three month range and I have had them all summer so they are over 6 months old. They are fed well and watered all they time. The male seems to be doing his part he tries any way. But so far no babies. Also if they do need to be a little cooler and I brought them into the house for a cooler temp how long would I need to keep them in the house before things worked like they should? I mean if its a day or two then that is one thing but a week or more well my wife says thats out of the question. Just wondering if any one has any ideas or help for me I thank you in advance for it.
