Big desert king

donv Sep 12, 2006 01:51 PM

Nothing special but he is getting pretty big. He's got to be near 5' and shed's every other month when fed alot. He seems to just grow length wise without getting fat. He's around 5 years old. What's the biggest desert king out there?

I picked him up at a show. I really have no other info on him. I do not presently have a female, but I'll eventually get a nice one. I'm thinking of getting a vivid line desert king

......at a show. I don't have a female and wasn't planning on getting a desert king, in fact I was there ONLY to get rodents. Yeah right, like that ever happens. What got me hooked is when the kid said it was only 4.5 years old at that size. By the way I like the abbot corns you've posted. My male love line oketee escaped, it was spectacular, with huge black borders typical of the abbotts. I'll have to get a replacemnt one of these days. Have a good one , Don.

Now if a spledida with all that yellow were to appraoch 5' that would be a site. Nice snake. I'm really thinking of trying to get a female vivd line splendida as a mate for down the road. Thanks for looking, Don.

Hey Don,
Take a look atthe ones Don Shores has. He hassome Black Sockhead Splendida that are just as cool as Vivids. Splendida are the most underated getula except perhaps Black Kings from the East.
