Cage Size

darknessheir Sep 12, 2006 02:57 PM

I was thinking about getting 2 female crested geckos and I was wondering if they would be fine in a 12x12x18 cage (i think thats like 12 gallons) or if I should get a bigger one thats 18x18x18 (about 25 gallons). I was just wondering if they would be fine in the 12gallon one or if I would eventually have to by a larger cage in a few years.

Definitely go for the bigger size, the smaller one might be ok for just one, but not two. Cresties will reach full size in less than a year as well, might as well start them off right. Good luck.
