No, you shouldn't put a Veiled in with a Graceful. Chameleons are solitary animals, and it's usually too stressful to put two Veilds together unless you have an enclosure the size of a small greenhouse to give everyone their space. You should never put two chameleons of different species together. The Veiled, if it is male, will probably kill the other.

Have you done any research into chameleons? They are very beautiful but very fragile reptiles, even the smallest of factors can lead to stress, illness, and death.

What kind of enclosure do you have your chameleon(s) is now, if you have any?

Nope, you can't safely keep two chams together in regular cages (smaller than a greenhouse) whether they are the same species or not. Certainly not two males, and many females won't get along either. They are really solitary and even if they don't actually fight, they will compete visually and one will eventually end up sick or dead. The only species that can safely be kept together are the pygmy leaf chams.
