Sidewinder pics from S.Ut(road cruising)

These photos were taken while road cruising in Southern Utah on 9/13/06 We saw several gopher snakes and glossy's, but these beautiful high pink sidewinders were the highlight of the night.

Beautiful animals--thanks for sharing! Does the snake in the last pic have any dark scales whatsoever? It looks as if the eyes are dark, but the animals sure is pink!

I'm glad you like the pics..

The last one was the best looking. As far as I could tell, the only dark scales were at the end of the tail. But they were not black though, they were more grey.
