tis a sad for me-1 of the collareds that i rescued from the petstore died today and the strange thing is,it was eggbinding that got her but she wasn't showing any colour.I feel stupid because the store owner told me she laid 3 eggs just before i bought her and he didn't have any where for her to lay,my guessin is that she retained some because of this and maybe dehydration too.Anyway i fell i shouldv'e checked her for eggs but i didn't and now i have paid the price,the crazy thing is she ate like a horse,2 days ago she ate a pinky and 5 adult black crickets and 3 of them were fully eggloaded females!Oh well you win some and lose some i guess it comes with trying to rescue all and sundry.On the upside though the rest of the gang are doing great,no more protruding bones or ghastly triangular tails although odin sliced an inch off his tail in the glass
i aint been around because i'm busy with the nile monitor and feeding up the other 2 rescues and the water dragon has dipped a bit on his health but i managed to get tha solved(humidity prob)I loved all the pics but time is against me just now so i cant comment on them all.
