If the eggs are healthy they will become more firm, else they will dry up. I had some problems incubating my waterdragon eggs in the past, but thanks to the advice recieved here, the last clutch I incubated all hatched. Here is my formula for a successful incubation:
Temperature: 83-86
Incubator: submersible heater in a cooler, Originaly I used a hovabator, but they don't provide the humidity that waterdragon eggs need.
Container: tupperware perked on one side creating a drip shield.
Substrate: Ten to three ratio of vermiculite to water by volume.
Make sure that the eggs are not turned and that they are buried 3/4 of the way or more. Good luck!
